Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
An expansive 30.4 inch high over Ontario Province will build east
across Quebec and strengthen to 30.7 inches through Wednesday. The
high will then slowly retrograde westward to the Upper Great Lakes
and weaken to 30.4 inches Thursday and Friday while a 29.3 inch low
develops and moves northward off the mid-Atlantic coastline.
