For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary will remain stalled south of the
lower Great Lakes through Monday. Meanwhile, a 30.3 inch high will
build from Quebec to the Canadian Maritimes by late Sunday. A weak
29.9 inch low will move from the Ohio Valley Sunday to the Mid
Atlantic Monday, then another 29.6 inch low will push northeast
across the upper Great Lakes Tuesday. Yet another 29.5 inch low is
then forecast to track across the central Great Lakes and Quebec
Wednesday through Thursday.
