For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.0 inch low over New England this evening will
slowly fill to 29.3 inches as it pushes further north across Quebec
tonight and Sunday. Behind this system, a 29.9 inch high will build
south across the upper Great Lakes Sunday, strengthening to 30.1
inches while building southeast across the lower Great Lakes and
Ohio Valley through Monday. The area of high pressure will then
center along the East Coast on Tuesday and Wednesday.

5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
