Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 inch high over the St. Lawrence Valley will settle southeast to the New England coast today, then offshore Tuesday, where it will then remain anchored through Thursday. Meanwhile a 29.7 inch low will track from Lower Michigan to southern Quebec Tuesday night and Wednesday, with another 29.7 inch trough crossing the lake Friday.
