For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 inch high over the St. Lawrence Valley will
settle southeast to the New England coast today, then offshore
Tuesday, where it will then remain anchored through Thursday.
Meanwhile a 29.7 inch low will track from Lower Michigan to southern
Quebec Tuesday night and Wednesday, with another 29.7 inch trough
crossing the lake Friday.

.THIS AFTERNOON...East winds 10 to 15 knots becoming northeast
15 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.TONIGHT...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming southeast less than
10 knots. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.TUESDAY...Light and variable winds becoming east 5 to 10 knots.
A chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Waves
1 foot or less.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...East winds 5 to 15 knots becoming south. Showers
with a chance of thunderstorms in the evening, then showers
overnight. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots. Showers during the
day, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms Wednesday night.
Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers
and thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 15 knots becoming west. A chance
