Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 28.8 inch low over Labrador today will continue to move northeast into the North Atlantic through Wednesday. A 30.2 inch high centered over the upper Great Lakes today will build to the lower Great Lakes Wednesday and to New England Thursday. A cold front will then move east across the lower Great Lakes Friday, followed by a 30.0 inch high building into the Ohio Valley and lower Great Lakes Saturday.
