For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front over southern Ontario and Quebec will push
across the lake through early this evening. In its wake, a 30.4 inch
high will build from the upper Great Lakes Wednesday to New York
State Thursday. The high will then drift off the New England
coastline Friday, where it will linger through Saturday.

through the early overnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet.

Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.THURSDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 15 knots becoming east less than
