Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 inch high will build from Quebec to the Canadian Maritimes this afternoon. A frontal boundary will remain stalled south of the lower Great Lakes through Monday as a weak 29.9 inch low moves from the Ohio Valley to the Mid Atlantic. Another 29.6 inch low will then push northeast across the upper Great Lakes Tuesday, followed by a 29.5 inch low forecast to track across the central Great Lakes and Quebec Wednesday through Thursday.
