For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An expansive 30.3 inch high will persist across Ontario
and southern Quebec through tonight before drifting to eastern
Quebec and Labrador Sunday. Meanwhile, low pressure off the east
coast will deepen to 29.2 inches today east of the Delmarva. This
low will move to near the Jersey shore and Long Island tonight
through Sunday, then meander northeast along the New England coast
Monday through Tuesday while gradually filling to 29.8 inches.

.SUNDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to
10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers in the evening. Waves 3 to
5 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
.MONDAY...Northeast winds 5 to 15 knots diminishing to less than
10 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Northwest winds less than 10 knots. Waves 1 foot
or less.
