Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 inch high will slide east across the Mid-Atlantic states tonight, then out to sea on Thursday. A 29.7 inch low will track across central Quebec Thursday and Thursday night sending its slow-moving trailing cold front across the Lake late Thursday afternoon through early Friday morning. A 30.2 inch high over the upper Great Lakes will then settle across the Lake later Friday into the weekend.
