Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A trough averaging 29.7 inches will move across the Lakes this
evening where it will linger through Thursday. A cold front then
sweeps across the Lake Thursday night, with a 30.2 inch high
pressure ridge building in from the upper Great Lakes on Friday,
settling over the lower Great Lakes region on Saturday. A low
averaging 29.7 inches is expected to approach the Lake Sunday. The
low will move northwest of the Lake Monday.
