For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A large 30.5 inch Canadian high will gradually push
southward across New England today before drifting south along the
Eastern Seaboard to the Mid-Atlantic coast by Saturday, where it
will remain anchored through Monday. A 29.2 inch surface low will
move across James Bay Sunday night then into central Quebec on
Monday, while dragging an attendant weakening cold front across the
central Great Lakes.
