For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 inch high will settle over the northern Mid
Atlantic states Sunday through Monday before drifting off the
eastern seaboard Tuesday. A 29.5 inch low is then forecast to move
very slowly from the upper Mississippi Valley Tuesday to the upper
Great Lakes by Wednesday, and then into western Quebec by Thursday
and Friday.
