For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.2 inch low pressure system will move through
northern Quebec into the Labrador Sea through the day today. An
expansive 30.3 inch high will then build into the Great Lakes and
Ohio Valley later Sunday into Monday, before drifting east across
New England through Wednesday.
