For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A 30.4 inch high will ridge southeastward across the Lake from
Ontario Province tonight. This high will then remain ridged across
the Lakes while strengthening to 30.7 inches as it slowly drifts
east into Quebec through midweek, where it will remain through
Thursday. The high will then weaken to 30.3 inches while getting
shoved back westward into Ontario Province on Friday in response to
a 29.3 inch low moving northward just off the Mid-Atlantic and
Jersey coastline.
