Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A large 30.3 inch high will settle south off the southern New England coast Friday, then remain anchored near the Mid Atlantic coast Saturday through Monday. A cold front will then move east across the lower Great Lakes late Tuesday through early Wednesday. Another strong 30.5 inch high is then forecast to build from the upper Great Lakes Wednesday to southern Quebec by Thursday.
