For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...30.3 inch high pressure will build east of the region
tonight before continuing east and off the mid-Atlantic coastline on
Monday. A cold front will then push east across the lake later
Monday and Monday night, with another 30.3 inch high over the
Mississippi Valley advancing eastward across the Ohio Valley and mid-
Atlantic states Tuesday and Wednesday. A weak cold front will drop
across the lake Wednesday night with another 30.3 inch surface high
reestablishing over the lake for Thursday. The surface high will
then track east off the Atlantic Coast through Friday.

NIGHT...

.OVERNIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to
15 to 20 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 3 to 5 feet.
.MONDAY...Southwest winds to 30 knots becoming west and
increasing to 35 knot gales. Showers from late morning on. Waves
4 to 7 feet building to 11 to 16 feet. Waves occasionally around
20 feet.
.MONDAY NIGHT...West gales to 35 knots diminishing to 30 knots
overnight. A chance of showers. Waves 10 to 14 feet subsiding to
7 to 11 feet. Waves occasionally around 18 feet.
.TUESDAY...West winds to 30 knots. Waves 6 to 10 feet. Waves
occasionally around 13 feet.
.TUESDAY NIGHT...West winds 15 to 20 knots becoming southwest
10 to 15 knots. Waves 4 to 7 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet. Waves
occasionally around 9 feet.
