Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 30.0 inch high along the eastern seaboard today will move east into the Atlantic tonight. A 29.3 inch low will then reach northwest Ontario province tonight and stall through Friday, with its trailing cold front crossing the Lake Thursday. Another 29.3 inch low will cross the central Great Lakes Friday, pushing a secondary cold front east across the Lake Friday night. The two low pressure systems will then merge over northern Quebec Saturday.
