For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.3 inch high over the lower Great Lakes will slide
out across New England Thursday. A 29.5 inch surface low near James
Bay will swing a cold front east across the lake Friday, with a 30.1
inch high then building over the Ohio Valley and lower Great Lakes
Saturday. A 29.5 inch low will then move from northern Ontario to
James Bay Sunday, while pushing its warm front across the lake
Saturday night, followed by its trailing cold front Sunday. A 30.2
inch high is then forecast to build across the Ohio Valley Monday.
