For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 28.9 low over Maine will make its way across the
Canadian Maritimes through Monday, before withdrawing northward
across Labrador on Tuesday. A 30.3 inch high will then build from
the upper Great Lakes Tuesday to the lower Great Lakes Wednesday,
then to New England Thursday. A 29.6 inch low over central Ontario
will then make its way to Quebec Friday, while pushing its trailing
cold front across the lake.
