For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A broad surface low and cold front draped from southern Ontario to
eastern Ohio will slowly pivot eastward to the upper Saint Lawrence
Valley and central New York by this evening. The surface low will
then redevelop and lift northeastward off the mid-Atlantic and New
England coastlines tonight through Wednesday night...while a slowly
weakening inverted trough lingers across eastern New York and
western New England. A weak 30.0 inch high will then build eastward
across the lower Great Lakes Thursday and Friday...before sliding
out across New England Saturday.

northwest. A chance of showers late this morning, then a chance
of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.TONIGHT...Northwest winds 15 to 20 knots becoming north. A
chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening, then showers
likely after midnight. A chance of showers late. Waves 2 to
4 feet building to 3 to 6 feet.
.WEDNESDAY...North winds 15 to 20 knots. Showers likely. Waves
3 to 6 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...North winds 10 to 15 knots. Showers likely in
the evening, then a chance of showers overnight. Waves 2 to
4 feet.
.THURSDAY...North winds 5 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet
