Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A frontal boundary will remain stalled south of the lower Great Lakes tonight through Monday. Meanwhile, a 30.3 inch high will build from northern Ontario province tonight, to southern Quebec Saturday, then into the Canadian Maritimes by late Sunday. A weak 29.9 inch low will move from the Ohio Valley Sunday to the Mid Atlantic Monday, then another weak 29.8 inch low will slide east across the upper Great Lakes Tuesday. Another 29.5 inch may move across the Upper Great Lakes Wednesday.
