For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A large 30.3 inch high has settled south off the
southern New England coast and this feature will remain anchored
near the Mid Atlantic coast tomorrow through Monday. A cold front
will then move east across the lower Great Lakes Tuesday or Tuesday
night. This will be followed by a strong 30.4 inch high that will
build from the upper Great Lakes Wednesday into the lower Great
Lakes and Northeast by Thursday.

.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 knots or less becoming southeast.
