For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A 29.7 inch low will move across James Bay through this evening.
Behind a cold front, a trough averaging 29.8 inches should linger
over Lake Ontario through Monday. A 30.0 inch high will build from
the Upper Midwest Monday night and traverse Lake Ontario Tuesday.
The ridge will begin to exit east Tuesday night before a cold front
sweeps southeastward across the lake Wednesday through Wednesday
night. A 30.1 inch high will build across the Great Lakes Thursday
through Friday.
