For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.8 inch low along the Jersey Shore this morning will
move north along the New England coast, deepening to 29.5 inches as
it reaches the Gulf of Maine Saturday, then into the Canadian
Maritimes Saturday night. A 30.4 inch high will then build from
northwest Ontario province Saturday to the lower Great Lakes Sunday
before moving off the southern New England coast Monday, and then
farther offshore of the Mid Atlantic Tuesday.
