For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
A high pressure ridge averaging 30.2 inches builds from the Canadian
Prairies before settling over Lake Ontario and vicinity by Saturday.
The ridge begins to exit eastward Saturday night and a low of 29.7
inches should move generally east-southeastward from near the
northern Great Lakes to near the Gulf of Maine Saturday night
through Monday. This low track should allow a warm front to sweep
northeastward across Lake Ontario Saturday night and especially on
Sunday before a cold front sweeps eastward across the lake Sunday
evening through Sunday night. Behind the cold front, a high pressure
ridge averaging 30.0 inches should build slowly from the Upper
Midwest through Tuesday.
