Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A 29.6 inch low over the Saint Lawrence Valley will slide out across New England and out to sea overnight and Sunday...while a 30.2 inch high over Ontario builds across Quebec. The high will settle southeast to the New England coast Monday, then offshore Tuesday...where it will then remain anchored through Thursday.
