For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An expansive 30.3 inch high will remain centered across
southern Quebec through Saturday before drifting to eastern Quebec
and Labrador Sunday. Meanwhile, an elongated 29.6 inch low well
offshore of the mid Atlantic coast Friday is forecast to strengthen
to 29.3 inches as it moves to just off the southern New England
coast Saturday night. This low will gradually fill to 29.6 inches by
Monday as it meanders near the New England coastline, finally
exiting into the Canadian Maritimes by Wednesday.
