Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...A sharp cold front over southern Ontario and Quebec will push southeast across the lake this afternoon and early this evening. In its wake...a 30.4 inch high will build from the upper Great Lakes Wednesday to New York State Thursday. The high will then drift off the New England coastline Friday...where it will then linger through Saturday.
