.DISCUSSION...

Winds will be breezy out of the southwest by Wednesday morning
with increasing humidity likely above 80 percent through early
afternoon ahead of an approaching cold front. Winds then turn west
and then northwesterly in the afternoon with the cold front
followed by steadily falling temperatures. There is a chance for
scattered mainly non-accumulating snow showers along the front
during the afternoon with about a 20% chance for at most a light
dusting before snow ends shortly after sunset.
