.DISCUSSION...
A broken to overcast mid level cloud deck will gradually clear
this afternoon. While a sprinkle can`t be completely ruled out,
dry conditions are expected to prevail. Mixing heights are
expected to be slow to increase through the morning because of the
cloud cover, but should eventually lift more quickly midday to
around 3000 feet. Southwest winds initially less than 10 mph this
morning will also gradually increase to 10 to 15 mph by midday,
with gusts around 20 mph this afternoon. Relative humidity values
are expected to fall to around 30 percent by noon, with minimum
values between 20 and 25 percent this afternoon.

Mostly sunny skies are expected for Wednesday. A cold front
crossing the area during the morning will shift winds from
southwest around daybreak to northwest with gusts near 30 mph by
early afternoon. Dew points will be falling through the afternoon
on Wednesday, with minimum RH values of 35 to 40 percent expected
and values under 35 percent possible.
