Illinois...northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

Sunday afternoon...
  Elevated Fire Weather Risk.
  Limited Blowing Dust Risk.
Monday night and Tuesday morning...
  Limited Thunderstorm Risk.

DISCUSSION...

The combination of unseasonably warm, dry, and breezy conditions
will lead to an elevated fire danger Sunday afternoon.

In addition, the gusty winds Sunday afternoon will likely lead to
some areas of blowing dust and locally reduced visibility in open
areas, especially over northern Illinois west of the Fox River
Valley.
