            Updates previous flash flood report from 4
            ENE Amboy. Approximately 280 people had to
            be evacuated from OConnells RV Campground
            due to flooding. Drone footage showed
            numerous structures at and near the
            campground surrounded by flood waters.
            Several vehicles were at least partially
            submerged in the flood waters, and multiple
            roads were flooded. Flooding was still
            ongoing as of 700 PM CDT on 9/20.
