...GALE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO 6 PM
CST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest gales to 35 kt becoming northwest to 40 kt
  Wednesday morning and significant waves to 14 ft occasionally to
  18 ft expected.

* WHERE...Gary to Michigan City IN.

* WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow squalls may accompany the northwest
  wind shift Wednesday morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for hazardous conditions.
