* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, southwest winds to
  25 kt and significant waves to 4 ft. For the second Small
  Craft Advisory, northwest winds to 25 kt and significant waves
  to 6 ft occasionally to 8 ft expected.

* WHERE...Winthrop Harbor to Calumet Harbor IL, and Calumet
  Harbor IL to Gary IN.

* WHEN...For the first Small Craft Advisory, until 10 AM CST
  this morning. For the second Small Craft Advisory, from 9 PM
  this evening to 9 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
