  kt possible, and significant waves to 11 ft occasionally to 14
  ft expected.

* WHERE...Illinois and Indiana nearshore from Winthrop Harbor IL
  to Michigan City IN.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Wednesday to 10 PM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
