...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CST /10 PM EST/ THIS
EVENING...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 to 55 mph
  occurring.

* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and
  northeast Illinois and northwest Indiana.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM CST /10 PM EST/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects including
  holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few
  power outages may result. Travel will be difficult in open areas
  and on north to south oriented roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sporadic localized gusts around 60 mph
  through early evening, especially near the Wisconsin state line

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Secure lightweight outdoor objects, including holiday decorations
and furniture.  Use plenty of extra caution when driving a high
profile vehicle.
