October, November) 2025 for Chicago and Rockford...

At Chicago, the average high temperature was 64.8 degrees, which
is 2.6 degrees above normal. The average low temperature was
48.4 degrees, which is 2.9 degrees above normal. The mean average
temperature for the season was 56.6 degrees, which is 2.7 degrees
above normal.

A total of 5.27 inches of liquid precipitation was recorded during
this past fall, which is 3.77 inches below normal. 10.4 inches of
snow were recorded, which is 8.4 inches above normal.

** Tied 7th driest September on record with 0.49 inches of liquid
 precipitation

November:
* Tied record daily high temperature of 71 degrees on the 15th
* Record daily snowfall of 1.2 inches on the 10th
