* Until 445 PM CDT.

* At 244 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 nm northwest of Elgin to 9 nm southwest of Aurora
  to 13 nm west of Joliet, moving northeast at 50 knots. Storms are
  expected to be near the lake on the Illinois side around 330 to
  400 PM.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

  Harrison-Dever Crib, Burnham Harbor, Hammond Marina, Wilmette
