...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN IROQUOIS COUNTY THROUGH
715 PM CDT...

At 629 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Buckley, or 10 miles northeast of Paxton, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Buckley, Stockland, Loda, Milford, Claytonville, Cissna Park,
Wellington, and Woodland.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
