...Patchy Dense Fog in Parts of Central Illinois this Morning...

Area observations and webcams indicate that fog has spread into
southern Ford County approaching 7 AM. It`s unclear how quickly
the fog will spread north, or how widespread dense fog will
become, but based on recent webcam imagery from Gibson City,
expect to encounter at least localized visibility of one quarter
mile or less in dense fog, particularly near and south of US
Highway 24 through mid morning. Motorists are advised to reduce
speed, keep a safe following distance, and use low beams when
driving in dense fog.
