...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN WINNEBAGO AND
NORTHWESTERN BOONE COUNTIES THROUGH 230 PM CDT...

At 203 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Rockton, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Funnel clouds are also possible.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rockton, South Beloit, Roscoe, Machesney Park, and Loves Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
north central Illinois.
