...Strong winds associated with an area of showers and embedded
lightning...

A fast-moving area of steady showers with some embedded
lightning will move move into the area through 1 to 2 AM. This
area of showers has been producing measured wind gusts of 40 to
locally near 55 mph. These showers are moving to the northeast
around 40 to 50 mph.
