  Northwestern Iroquois County in east central Illinois...

* Until 145 AM CDT.

* At 1236 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles west of Herscher to near Cornell, moving
  southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Streator, Pontiac, Dwight, Herscher, Clifton, Limestone, Gardner,
  Flanagan, Chebanse, Odell, South Streator, Ashkum, Cullom, Cornell,
  Saunemin, Essex, South Wilmington, Bonfield, Buckingham, Cabery,
  Kempton, Long Point, Campus, Reddick, and Emington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

building.
