.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 15Z, or 8 AM PDT, a 1025 mb high was located
1100 NM WSW of Point Conception. A 995 mb thermal low was centered
near Las Vegas. Hazardous marine conditions with strong winds and
steep seas will affect much of the waters through early this week.
