...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 PM PST THIS EVENING...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...The following counties... Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa
Barbara.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM PST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. Mud
slides, rock slides, and debris flows possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The potential for heavy downpours will prolong the risk for
flooding, mud slides, rock slides, and debris flows through
early this evening.
