...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 915 AM PST THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including portions of
  the following counties, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara.

* WHEN...Until 915 AM PST.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas with
  water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 611 AM PST, a cold front was push moderate to heavy rain
    through the advisory area.Minor flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Minor mud and
    debris flow are possible near recent burn scars including
    western portion of the Gifford and the Lake burn scars.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Lompoc, Morro Bay, Santa Ynez,
    Arroyo Grande, Nipomo, Cambria, Solvang, Vandenberg Space
    Force Base, Orcutt, and Los Alamos.
