* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest California, including the following
counties, Los Angeles and Ventura.
* WHEN...Until 430 PM PST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 123 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oxnard, Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley, Ventura, Camarillo,
Fillmore, Malibu, Agoura Hills, Woodland Hills, Chatsworth,
Encino, Santa Monica, Moorpark, Santa Paula, Port Hueneme,
Newbury Park, Westlake Village, Point Mugu State Park and
Point Mugu.
