.DISCUSSION...
A deep marine layer has brought morning low clouds and fog
to most coastal and valley areas this morning. A warming and
drying trend has started today across the interior, becoming
more pronounced on Sunday and Monday, when temperatures
in the 90s will be common across the valleys, lower mountains,
and deserts. Minimum humidities are expected to lower to between
10 and 20 percent across many interior areas during the next
few days. The pattern is expected to remain dry through
next week, with little change in temperatures, and typical
diurnal winds.
