...GUSTY NORTHWEST TO NORTH WINDS THURSDAY NIGHT INTO FRIDAY ACROSS
PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA...
.DISCUSSION...
Dry weather is expected through Tuesday with above normal
temperatures inland. A shallow marine layer will continue to bring
low clouds and fog across the coast and coastal valleys, otherwise
skies will be mostly clear. Humidities will continue to drop to between
10 and 20 percent across the interior each afternoon, with temperatures
rising to the upper 70s to mid 80s. A weakening storm system may bring
light rain to areas north of Point Conception on Wednesday, otherwise
looking for dry and mild conditions into next weekend. Any rain that
does fall on the Central Coast on Wednesday is generally expected to
be less than 0.25 inches. Gusty northwest to north winds are expected
to develop across portions of southwest California Thursday night into
Friday, however humidity levels will generally remain elevated above
30 percent.
