.DISCUSSION...
A mostly dry upper level low pressure will bring increasing north to
northeast winds across the interior and southern Santa Barbara county
his afternoon, persisting at times through Tuesday evening. Peak wind
gusts of 30 to 45 mph can be expected across these areas, with sundowner
winds peaking across southern Santa Barbara county tonight and again
Tuesday evening. Southerly hurricane swells and large tides will bring
coastal flooding risks today and Tuesday. Very warm and dry conditions
are likely to persist into the weekend, and possibly early next week.
