A weak low pressure system will linger over the area through Tuesday. This
will bring cool conditions with a deep marine layer and spots of drizzle.
Locally breezy offshore flow will form on Wednesday as the moves inland
with modest drying and warming when high temperatures will rise to the mid
80s to mid 90s.
