.DISCUSSION...
Weak diurnal winds will prevail across the area this afternoon
through Wednesday morning. Beginning Wednesday afternoon, northeast
winds will begin to increase and will peak in strength Wednesday
night and Thursday. Across the Santa Ana wind-prone areas of Ventura
and Los Angeles counties, peak gusts of 35-55 mph can be expected.
Winds will be noticeably weaker across San Luis Obispo and Santa
Barbara counties.
For Friday through the weekend, dry conditions are expected with a
gradual warming trends. Weak diurnal winds can be expected.
