.DISCUSSION...
Offshore winds will continue to diminish through the weekend with
mild temperatures. From Monday through Friday, there is increasing
confidence of an extended period of unseasonably warm temperatures
in the upper 70s and 80s away from the coast. From Monday through
at least Wednesday, there will be periods of north to northeast
winds at times of 15 to 25 mph with gusts 25 to 35 mph across wind
prone areas of all four counties. Isolated gusts as high as 40 mph
will be likely across the wind favored foothills and mountains.
