Showers will continue to taper off this evening leaving dry weather
behind it. Light to moderate offshore winds look to occur Friday and
continue through the weekend. Rain chances look to hold off until
after Thanksgiving.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

...SHOWERS AND A SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...

  The last in a series of storms will continue to impact the area
through  Friday night, bringing rain, high elevation snow and
possible thunderstorms to the area. Rain will continue across the
area this afternoon, before turning to showers tonight and Friday.
Additionally, there will be the possibility of thunderstorms tonight
and Friday. Rainfall totals through  Friday night are generally
expected to range between 0.25 and 1.00 inches with 1 to 2 inches
across the foothills and mountains. The highest rain totals are
expected across Los Angeles county. Thunderstorms are possible
tonight and Friday across many areas. Rain rates are generally
expected be  0.10 to 0.40 inches per hour, but rates up to around
0.75 inches per hour  will be possible with any thunderstorms. Snow
levels will be around 6000 feet with up to 8 inches of snow possible
at higher elevations.

A long period of dry weather will begin Saturday and last through
most of next week.
