...Discussion from Monterey...

Fire weather concerns are low with multiple rounds of recent
rainfall across our service area. Tuesday and Wednesday will be dry,
however our cooler than normal temperatures will persist through the
extended forecast. The next round of rain is expected to begin in
the North Bay late Wednesday night, and push south through our area
during the day Thursday, with less rainfall and wind impacts that we
saw the past 24hrs. However, with the ground becoming increasingly
saturated land/rock slides will be possible. The upcoming weekend
looks dry attm, with a signal for another storm system at the
beginning of next week.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

...Discussion from Los Angeles/Oxnard...

...CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH THIS EVENING...

...ANOTHER STORM WILL IMPACT THE AREA ON THURSDAY THROUGH
SATURDAY...

An upper level low will move across the area today and tonight.
The cold and unstable air mass associated with the upper low will
bring the chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms to the area
through tonight. Brief heavy downpours and gusty winds will be
possible with any thunderstorms.

After a dry day on Wednesday, another storm will impact the area
during the Thursday through Saturday time frame. At this time, there
still remains considerable uncertainty in the exact details of this
storm. At this time, the best estimate for rainfall totals is
generally between 0.25 and 0.75 inches with amounts up to around
1.25 across the mountains and foothills.
