No major fire weather concerns at the moment. A  weak cold front
will bring very high humidity and some wetting  rain across the area
starting in the North Bay late tonight and  pushing south through
Thursday. Rain totals will average around 1/4" with more along the
coastal mountains and less in the deeper interior. As this system
clears, moderate offshore winds will move in and bring some drier
air Friday. After Thursday`s rain, there is no significant chance of
rain until after Thanksgiving.

Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
Thunderstorms imply strong, gusty and erratic winds.

...ANOTHER STORM WILL IMPACT THE AREA TODAY THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...

  A storm is beginning to impact the area this morning and will
continue to impact the area through Friday night. Rain will spread
south and east across the area today with showers and thunderstorms
tonight and Friday. At this time, rain amounts are expected to range
from a half to one inch for most coastal and valley areas, and
1-2 inches in the mountains. There is a 20-30% chance that rain
amounts will be twice that amount. Highest amounts will be south of
Point Conception. Thunderstorms are possible tonight and Friday
across many areas. Rain rates are generally expected be 0.10 to
0.40 inches per hour, but rates up to around 0.75 inches per hour
will be possible with any thunderstorms. Snow levels will be around
6000 feet with up to 8 inches of snow possible at higher elevations.

A long period of dry weather will begin Saturday and last through
the week  of Thanksgiving.
