.DISCUSSION...
Gusty south winds will begin to weaken by around 2000 hours this
evening, with winds decreasing from the west after midnight. Peak
evening gusts will be between 15 to 20 mph through the canyons in
the fire vicinity. The overnight humidity recoveries will likely be
poor to fair, followed by another day of low minimum humidities in
the low teens to near 10 percent. Weak northeast winds are expected
in the morning hours, increasing from the south during the
afternoon. However, the onshore flow will be weaker by around 5 mph.

Sky/weather.........Clear.
Temperature.........80-84 lowering to 66.
Humidity............20-25 percent in the evening rising to 35-40 percent.
Eye level winds.....South  winds 4 to 6 mph with gusts to 9 mph
                    becoming west 3 to 5 mph after midnight.
Wind (20 ft)........South winds 8 to 12 mph with gusts to 18 mph becoming
                    west 6 to 10 mph after midnight.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 20 mph
                    becoming west to northwest 10 to 15 mph.
Mixing height.......2800 ft AGL lowering to 1000 ft AGL.
Transport winds.....West 8 to 12 mph becoming north 6 mph.
